About the Role:

Combine Golf is seeking a Senior Instructor to lead coaching and player development at our Biltmore location. This is not a traditional lesson-based role. You will be delivering a structured, system-driven coaching experience built around our proprietary Assess → Coach → Train (ACT) Method.

This position is ideal for a high-level coach who wants to move beyond hourly lessons and be part of a scalable, performance-driven coaching system.
What You'll Do

• Deliver high-level coaching through Combine Golf programs, schools, and memberships
• Conduct Combine Assessments (data-driven player evaluations)
• Build and manage individualized improvement plans based on performance data
• Lead practice sessions, on-course coaching, and training environments
• Contribute to golf schools and premium experiences
• Utilize technology such as 3D motion capture, launch monitors, and performance tracking tools
• Mentor and develop junior/entry-level instructors

Qualifications

• PGA Professional or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years coaching experience
• Strong understanding of ball flight laws, biomechanics, and motor learning
• Experience with or willingness to learn technology-driven coaching (TrackMan, Sportsbox AI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Growth mindset and alignment with a system-based coaching philosophy
