U.S. Anesthesia Partners – South Texas is seeking anesthesiologists to join our growing San Antonio practice! Position Highlights
- Market-leading compensation packages ranging from $475K – $600K with additional earning potential through call and premium pay opportunities
- Sign-on bonuses of $50K to $100K – OR - $112,500 in student loan repayment.
- Explore traditional weekday schedules, or other pathways like evenings, weekends, and specialty-specific schedules.
- Pediatric: Choose a 100% pediatric –or– pediatric/adult hybrid practice, enjoy mostly solo cases, and a manageable schedule.
- Associate and Partner-Track positions available, including a one-year Partner-Track option with enhanced compensation and a voice in practice decisions.

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Ability to meet hospital credentialing and privileging requirements
- For pediatric specialty role: Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency and Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
