Synopsis

Lead a cross-functional team to develop and implement Etihad's revenue optimization strategy. Collaborate with Revenue Management leadership to develop and implement revenue maximizing with JV & Alliance partners. Review and provide inputs to global business cases created by network planning for structural and seasonal changes to the Etihad network.

Accountabilities

• Corroborate with RM teams to build route strategies in co-ordination with S/MMs to introduce/implement new routes/frequencies to the Network, measure performance & update senior leadership.
• Lead review of business cases created by network planning for structural and seasonal cases with Regional RM teams
• Negotiate and challenge any Network Planning assumptions and provide alternative assumptions
• Continuously monitor Network performance for incremental revenue opportunities
• Identify gaps between and EY & partner carriers and co-ordinate with RM/NP teams to minimize these and capitalize on opportunities
• Support strategic evaluations related to fleet configurations and hub structures
• Create plans that identify and prioritize partners within Alliances portfolio that maximize enabled revenue
• Build strategies for management and monitoring of network revenue performance of Codeshare and Alliance partners
• Deliver and present performance reviews of revenue contribution from tactical or structural activity
• Proactively build revenue assumptions for RM driven network opportunities and consult with Network Planning for options.
• Calendarize network peak periods and conduct scheduled reviews with SMMs / Heads for periods of absolute peak demand & events. Recommend actions to further enhance network revenue performance.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Bachelors' degree, preferably Business or Engineering (post-grad. qualifications an advantage)

• Minimum of 05 years' experience within commercial function(s) with understanding of Pricing and Inventory
