Job Description
This position is suited for an individual whose interest is corporate aviation and a long-term
investment in their professional success by serving as a Crew Chief (A&P) with the highest level of
professionalism, competency, and proficiency on company aircraft while demonstrating the ability to
work exceptionally well with others in a small team environment.
Responsible for managing the maintenance on a Gulfstream G280 by forecasting, planning and
performing inspections, troubleshooting discrepant aircraft, ordering parts and correcting faults.
Maintain aircraft records and work closely with the Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector for
regulatory compliance.
Remaining flexible to support the aircraft schedule to provide pre-flight and post-flight inspections,
contribute to and ensure that the company’s SMS system is adhered to. Perform non-maintenance
related ancillary duties as assigned by the Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, and
assist other staff as necessary.
Apart from any religious or disability considerations, open availability is needed to meet the needs of
the business. If hired, the selected candidate will be required to adjust their shift to accommodate
the aircraft flight schedule.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
License requirement: FAA A&P License, Inspection Authorization preferred
Passport: Current U.S.
Driver license: Current
Experience:
5 years of high-performance turbine experience, 10 years preferred.
Preferred experience in Gulfstream G280 aircraft.
Possess strong work ethic, integrity, and leadership skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Provide positive, courteous service to all staff, passengers and service providers.
Knowledgeable and experienced working and complying with an established Safety
Management Systems (SMS; department is IS-BAO Stage II certified).
