About the Role:
As a Station Workforce Planner, you'll own the process of building, maintaining, and optimizing station-level schedules that align staffing coverage with operational demands, headcount approvals, and cost targets. You'll design the quarterly bid cycle for all airport stations, ensuring staffing accuracy, compliance, and operational reliability across the JSX network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, analytics, and collaboration—balancing data-driven planning with on-the-ground operational insight.
This is an on-site position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX
JSX is unable to provide current or future employment-based visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, or similar). This position requires that applicants be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Pay & Perks:
Compensation is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
