Key Responsibilities
- Enable team ownership and agency by encouraging proactive decision-making, experimentation, and problem-solving, including responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
- Facilitate alignment and execution by helping teams maintain clear goals, strong commitments, and measurable outcomes.
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to improve collaboration, quality, and delivery results.
- Promote data-informed decision-making by leveraging metrics and insights to guide planning, predictability, and continuous improvement.
- Anticipate, surface, and resolve impediments while enabling teams to address most obstacles independently over time.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective retrospectives, experimentation, and accountable follow-through.
- Collaborate across teams and leadership to coordinate dependencies, align priorities, and optimize delivery flow.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more teams, with exposure to cross-team alignment and dependency management.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with a focus on developing team autonomy and high performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, including influencing without authority and translating complex ideas into practical action.
- Experience using delivery metrics to improve performance, predictability, and outcomes.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with AI workflows, tools, or integration is a plus.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), CSM, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Fluent English: Interviews will be held in English.
