Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements
• Document BA artifacts with precision and clarity
• Collaborate with digital scrum teams to define project scope
• Coordinate with developers, delivery managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure requirements align with airline booking system capabilities
• Support API-first development processes
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to planning and effort estimation
• Align requirements with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Oversee consistency of requirements across multiple teams
• Review and refine BA documentation to meet quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Business Analysis
• Proven expertise in BA artifacts documentation
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering sessions
• Track record of managing complex software projects
• Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with effort estimation
• Understanding of NDC (New Distribution Capability) and One-Order
• Familiarity with airline industry standards
