Topgolf Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled PGA Golf Professional to join our dynamic Academy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the region's most vibrant sports and entertainment venues, delivering top‑tier golf instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will bring strong coaching experience, a passion for player development, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences in a fun, energetic environment.

 

Experience Required

 

• Fully qualified PGA Golf Professional (or internationally recognised equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience, including delivering individual and group lessons.
• Strong knowledge of modern teaching technologies, training methodologies, and player‑development programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate players of all abilities.
• Experience working in a premium golf, academy, or sporting facility is preferred.

 

Essential Responsibilities

 

• Deliver high‑quality golf lessons, including individual coaching, group clinics, junior programs, and corporate events.
• Provide accurate swing analysis and structured development plans tailored to each player's goals.
• Support the Academy team in building a strong guest pipeline and driving lesson revenue.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of Academy programs, activations, and promotional events.
• Maintain the highest standard of guest service, ensuring all interactions reflect the Topgolf brand experience.
• Help maintain teaching areas, technology, and equipment in excellent working order.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues across the venue.
