Established 20-Year Cancer Program | 1:5 Call | Monday through Friday
Santa Barbara County sits on the Pacific Coast between Los Angeles and San Francisco, and a cancer program that has served this community for over 20 years is looking for a Hematology/Oncology physician to step into a busy, well-supported practice. This is not a build-from-scratch situation. The patient base is there, the infrastructure is in place, and the setting is one that most physicians would consider a destination in its own right.
Practice Details
- Well-established group with more than 20 years of community presence and a full-spectrum cancer center with active clinical trials
- Immediate patient demand, with an average of 20 patients per day from day one
- Balanced mix of hematology and oncology cases with hospitalists managing inpatient admissions
- Modern facilities with robust clinical support
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, outpatient-focused schedule with built-in flexibility
- Supportive call structure of 1:5 with hospitalists handling inpatient care
Compensation & Benefits

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
