Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
a passion for golf and helping others improve, teaching skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. As a Golf Professional, you will provide and train in high-quality golf instruction, assist with daily operations, and contribute to the overall success of our facility.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide Golf Instruction:
• Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Utilize TrackMan technology to analyze and improve players' swings, ball flight, and overall performance.
• Develop personalized improvement plans for students, incorporating data from TrackMan.

• Customer Service:
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members and guests.
• Assist customers with equipment selection and provide expert advice on golf products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Facility Operations:
• Assist with the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all equipment, including TrackMan simulators, is maintained and functioning properly.
• Help organize and run events, tournaments, and leagues.
• Promotion and Marketing:
• Promote golf lessons and programs to attract new students and retain existing ones.
• Participate in marketing activities and community outreach to increase visibility and engagement.

• Qualifications
• Experience and Certification:
• PGA or LPGA Class A certification preferred, not required.
• Passion for continued teaching education and research.
• TrackMan technology and its applications in golf instruction.

• Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop customized lesson plans and improvement strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
