Base: KFLL – Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Private Part 91 flight department seeking an experienced Embraer Praetor 600 pilot for a
long-term, stable operation flying the principal and executive team exclusively. This is a strict Part
91 operation with no charter, leaseback, or aircraft time exchange of any kind.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
500 hours Embraer Praetor 600 time (required)
5,000 hours total flight time
2,000 hours total multi-engine jet time
ATP and appropriate type rating
Current First Class Medical
No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations
Stable, verifiable work history

OPERATION DETAILS
Part 91 only
Flying principal and executive team
Maximum 150 flying days per year
Maximum 100 overnights away from home
Predictable scheduling and professional flight department

COMPENSATION & CONTRACT
$200,000 annual salary
Guaranteed 5% annual salary increase
10-year employment contract
$200,000 retention bonus tied to contract term
Guaranteed 100 days of hard time off annually

BASE / RESIDENCY
Aircraft based at KFLL
Must reside within a two-hour drive time of KFLL
Relocation required if not currently compliant
