Description
Position Overview
As an AW139 Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for performing, documenting, and coordinating all maintenance activities required to keep the aircraft missionready. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customerservice mindset aligned with the expectations of a corporate aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the AW139, including airframe, engines, avionics, and mission equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using OEM manuals, diagnostic tools, and technical publications
Conduct inspections in accordance with manufacturer requirements, company procedures, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate aircraft records, logbooks, and digital maintenance tracking systems
Coordinate with pilots, maintenance leadership, and vendors to ensure aircraft readiness and minimal downtime
Support AOG events, remote operations, and occasional offsite maintenance
Uphold strict safety, security, and confidentiality standards expected in a corporate flight environment
Work Environment
Fulltime position with occasional nights, weekends, and oncall responsibilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and operate in varying weather conditions
Some travel may be required for training or remote maintenance support
Live within 1 hour of Fixed Base of Operations

Requirements
Qualifications
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
3–5 years of helicopter maintenance experience; AW139 experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Leonardo AMM, IPC, WDM, and service bulletins
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with flight crews and executives
Ability to obtain airport access credentials and pass background checks
Preferred Experience
OEM factory training on the AW139
Experience in a Part 91 corporate flight department
Knowledge of avionics systems, HUMS, and digital maintenance platforms
Prior experience supporting VIP operations or highexpectation clients
